Before travelling, students should ensure that their passport validity, admission documents, fee arrangements, accommodation planning, and entry-related requirements are in order. Where applicable, students should also review any official instructions relating to registration, onboarding, and student pass procedures.
Travel and entry preparation
Students should prepare for arrival with a clear travel plan, confirmed contact details, accommodation information, and access to the key documents needed for check-in, entry, and first-stage onboarding. It is advisable to keep both digital and printed copies of key records where possible.
First-stage arrival support
Depending on the intake and support arrangement, students may receive guidance relating to arrival coordination, accommodation check-in, local orientation, and the first steps required for programme commencement. Any such support will depend on the arrangement confirmed for the relevant intake.
Student pass and local compliance
Students should follow the applicable student pass, immigration, and reporting requirements relevant to their study arrangement.
