Counselling Session
What you see: Book a consultation when one is required or helpful.
What APIAC Future does: Explains the programme, fees, accommodation, internships, and visa pathway.

Conditional / Provisional Offer
What you see: Receive an offer and review any conditions.
What APIAC Future does: Issues an offer with the outstanding requirements clearly listed.

Acceptance
What you see: Accept the offer, sign the required documents, and pay any required deposit.
What APIAC Future does: Records acceptance and confirms the next payment and onboarding steps.

University / Teaching-Centre Registration
What you see: Complete any required registration steps with the university and teaching centre; official fees may be paid through separate portals.
What APIAC Future does: Uses your application record to coordinate the registration handoff with the relevant university or provider.

Student Pass / Immigration Preparation
What you see: Upload remaining immigration or compliance documents where applicable, and follow the relevant institution’s instructions.
What APIAC Future does: Coordinates Singapore Student’s Pass, IPA, or related preparation when required; final approval is handled by the relevant authority.

Accommodation Planning
What you see: Share your preferred budget, move-in date, location, and living preferences.
